Welcome to the Foundations FYI Mobile Care Center

The Foundations FYI Mobile Care Center is designed to bring hope, dignity, and essential resources directly into our community. Instead of expecting individuals and families to travel to multiple agencies, we bring services to them—meeting people where they are with compassion, respect, and practical support.

Our vision is to create a mobile hub that connects people with food, hygiene resources, laundry services, showers, clothing, community partners, and long-term resource navigation. Every visit is an opportunity to provide immediate assistance while helping individuals and families take the next step toward lasting stability.

Together with volunteers, local businesses, churches, healthcare providers, and community organizations, we are building a Mobile Care Center that restores dignity, builds hope, and strengthens our community.
